The mandatory component of design documentation package is developed and approved Declaration of Industrial Safety. Declaration of Industrial Safety of all hazardous facilities is the official document.
Occupational safety comes first
It fully represents all possible hazardous situations and the scale of possible emergencies and their consequences. This document also declares the measures developed at the enterprise to provide the required safety level. By preparing the declaration the management of the company approves that in case of emergencies it is ready to conduct all required measures to eliminate the consequences. Declaration of Industrial Safety includes the following:
- Assessment of accident risks and their dangers;
- Assessment of sufficiency of measures taken to prevent the accidents and to provide the readiness of fire defence division operation in accordance with the set requirements of industrial safety, containment and elimination of accident consequences within FDD;
- Measures to reduce the scale of accident consequences and damage.
