After determining the general type and style of future facility the architects conduct the analysis of obtained information, perform required calculations, measurements and prepare the statement of works.
When moving to the next stage of architectural design the customer is presented with approximate concept of future project, which may be amended and corrected if necessary.
After that the rough design is made that includes spatial arrangement of a building (that shall be approved by the customer). At this stage of architectural design, the detailed development and planning of all premises and rooms of facility shall be made along with the selection of main materials that shall be used for the type and facades of facility. The development of building positioning on the site shall be performed.
After approval of rough design by the customer the architect may start issuing the set of design estimate documentation based on which the construction of facility or structure will be executed.
