Sanitary and hygienic regulations require complying with comfortable meteorological parameters on workplaces and their mandatory attestation. Thus it is highly important to provide the systems of air conditioning, heating and ventilation in buildings. These systems may be of two kinds, namely centralised and local systems. The choice of system depends on the production purpose and its location. Each work place with possible emission of hazardous substances shall be equipped with special exhaust canopy and mandatory plenum ventilation device. The designed heating systems shall be hydronic, steam or electric. The air in premises shall be treated and disinfected if necessary. All system calculations shall be performed using software and modelled for different operation conditions. Gas supply is one of the main elements of any production and housing and public utilities. Transfer of heating systems to gas significantly decrease the emissions of harmful substances into the environment, reduces the cost on heat production and increases the capacity of boilers. The systems include the pressure reduction spools (automated gas distribution stations, gas distribution points, and cabinet-type distribution points), gas treatment facilities and aboveground or underground gas pipelines. Today plastic pipes are widely spread due to their life cycle that does not require any cathodic protection.
