At this stage the engineers develop the main concept of the whole project. Depending on the tasks and considering multiple factors and regulations the required equipment and its components are selected, the most optimum process solutions are approved; along with that it includes the determination of interaction and division of process areas and their number at the site. Logistics shall be mentioned as well, as timely and correct planning of supplies, components and materials on construction site is the key element of every design. The detailed plan of organisational conditions for implementation of construction processes on site shall be elaborated together with project execution plan that includes planning of personnel, machinery and equipment for construction. These actions are required for promptly construction of facilities with proper quality and at minimum cost.
